This sundeck area had some unique features, like an interactive splash pool with lights and a water show. Working on this vessel gave our designers a chance to break new frontiers, creating a pool deck with durable and safe materials that must withstand exposure to the scorching tropical sun and the salty, turquoise water of the Caribbean.
Enchantment of the Seas was refitted in 2005. NIT scope included 1600 m2 refit for the pool deck area and two bridges with module solutions, weighing over 35 000 tons. Mid-body extension was built in Turku and the ship was able to continue cruising after only two months.
