The biggest cruise ship in the world certainly has a big crew as well. For Icon of the Seas, we built offices and crew staircases, also a luggage room and customer service areas. All of which are important to be well functioning for crew to be able to create the best experiences on board.
Icon of the Seas was a project for NIT to prove the expertise and capabilities to deliver these kinds of extremely complex and unique areas. NIT teams outdid themselves with excelling the mission: put the customer first.
