Oy NIT Naval Interior Team Ltd.’s ownership base has been expanded. The new shareholder, Mr. Roni Nuttunen, who is the company’s long-term project manager, will strengthen the company with his extensive project management skills and expertise. Mr. Sebastian Lagerlöf, Mr. Jari Suominen, Mr. Ilkka Hiekkanen and Mr. Juhani Määttänen will continue as shareholders of the company.
Mr. Roni Nuttunen will join the company’s Board of Directors and Management team. The new board held its first official meeting on May 9th, 2025. The Board of Directors consists of Chairman Mr. Kari Pöri and members Mr. Jyrki Heinimaa, Mr. Ilkka Hiekkanen, Mr. Sebastian Lagerlöf, Mr. Juhani Määttänen, Mr. Roni Nuttunen and Mr. Jari Suominen.
The Board of Directors of Oy NIT Naval Interior Team Ltd has decided at its meeting on May 9th, 2025 to change the company’s Managing Director. The company’s shareholder and board member, Mr. Ilkka Hiekkanen, has been appointed as the company’s new Managing Director. He will start his position immediately. Mr. Hiekkanen will continue to be strongly involved in Turku projects, as he has been until now. Mr. Nuttunen will maintain his role as project manager for the public areas of Turku projects.
At the same time, the Managing Director of NIT Naval Interior Team GmbH will also change. The company’s shareholder and board member Mr. Juhani Määttänen has been appointed as the new Managing Director. He will start his position immediately.
The outgoing Managing Director, Mr. Sebastian Lagerlöf, will continue in the company’s Management team as Sales Director, on the Board of Directors and as a shareholder.
